Alright if you do anything with lasers around the Atlanta area you know how hard it is to find someone who repairs lasers and who can do so promptly and well! I am beyond elated at the experience with LaserCare Atlanta. I do not even have the words to express how helpful kind and genuinely enjoyable they are to work with. Responsive, fast, considerate and highly competent. After the first conversation, I felt confident that the laser would be repaired correctly, and I was immediately put at ease. As a small business, it means so much to have affordable and accessible quality support for something as difficult to find as cosmetic Laser repair. My daughter said I hit the jackpot. We cannot wait to bring Marty to New York to work on our lasers at that location and I am super excited (and relieved) to have a clear choice of who to call whenever we have any issues with our equipment!
My wife and I was looking for someone to look at our Laser machine, or to give us some advice on what we could do. So we came across LaserCare, and I spoke to a gentleman name Marty, I told him of my problem with my laser, but my laser was not the type that their company work with, and he easily could have took our money, and made his day. But Mr Marty was very honest and said no I can't just take your money, that's not the way his company and himself works. So we need people like this in business, with honesty and integrity. So if you guys have problems with the type Laser that Marty's company can fix!!.. Please give him a call, very friendly, good people.
